We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

  • The product does not show signs of wear, damage, or impact that may affect resale

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resale condition may not be eligible for a refund.


📦 Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.


💰 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final-sale/clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards


📮 Wrong or Defective Items

If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
